Most orders are dispatched within 2 -5 working days of ordering with the exception of orders made on weekends (Friday-Sunday), orders made over the weekend period will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).
An email confirmation will be sent to the email address given on your order once the order has been dispatched.
As we ship from our global warehouses (US, Europe, China, Singapore, Far East), orders may arrive anytime from 7-21 business days from the day of dispatch to reach you depending on where you are in the world. We advise you not to order if these times are not acceptable. If you have a tracking number sent to your email you can track your products on this page by entering your tracking number and clicking the "track" button to see the status or simply email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we can tell you the status of your order.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME
After your order has been processed, please allow 7 - 21 business days for shipping (varies by location). We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent!

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability
CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
If your order has been shipped and you would like to cancel then there is a 30% cancellation fee that will be applicable. This will be refunded once you receive your order and decided to keep it, or if you return the order back to us, simply email us to confirm receipt and we can process your refund.
