Returns

The Cutest Little Things only accept refunds on damaged or faulty goods.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, so to ensure a positive experience we ask that you view our sizing charts before placing your order.

In most cases, our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In cases considering the return of any of the "baby dolls" that we offer, a return is only accepted if it is within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

To request a refund for a damaged or faulty product, please contact us via email (ordersupportcutestlittlethings@aol.com) as soon as possible to ensure proper processing of your return. Please allow up to 72 hours for correspondence about your refund. Upon processing your claim and receiving your returned item back via mail- a refund will be issued immediately.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customers will receive a full refund if product is not received.

Please note: 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Policies

We use several carefully selected fulfillment centers all over the world depending on the origin of our customers orders. Our goal is to bring you quality baby products for an affordable price with low shipping costs, no matter where you are located. Most times in the United States, shipping times are 12-20 business days. In other parts of the world shipping may take as long as 45 days to receive your packages. We make it a point to include tracking information of all orders and are available via email to answer all questions in regards to your order.

in some cases and depending on customer location, Free Plus Shipping Promo orders may take up to 60 days to receive.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
